Motel Policies

*Reservations subject to confirmation
*All rates based on double occupancy.
Extra persons daily
With advance reservation: $15.00
Without advance reservation: $25.00
Extra persons and visitors must register with office PRIOR to using motel facilities.
*Deposit must be received within 7 days of phone reservation
*Cancellations:
Deposits refundable (when notified in writing) at least 15 days prior to arrival, less a 35% surcharge.
NO refunds for cancellations within 14 days of arrival, bad weather, or early departure.
*NO personal checks
*Day guests: Adult $10.00 - Child $5.00 (Valid 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM)
*Misrepresentations, misconduct, or illegal activities void reservations with no refund.
*All reservations held until 6:00 PM unless notified
*Parking for one car per unit
*NO PETS
*Office Hours 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM
*Check-in after 2:00 PM / Check-out before 10:00 AM
*$25.00 charge for returned checks
*All rates subject ot local and state tourism taxes
*No minor may occupy premesis unless accompanied by an adult of majority age
*Rooms must be occupied by those originally contracted with
*$20.00 key deposit required at check-in
*Glassware or radios are not permitted in pool area
*NO loud playing of radios or storing of bikes in rooms

We are a family oriented motel catering to families and couples. If a loud, party atmosphereis what you require, we suggest you look for other accomodations.
